Effective date: August 22, 2026
These terms apply to Compassionate Results Coaching ("we," "us," "our"), including the Three Deep Recovery and Compassionate Results Coaching websites, the free Three Layers of Recovery masterclass, and the Compassionate Recovery Project online course and cohorts (together, the "Services"). By using any of the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This is coaching and education, not therapy or medical care
The Services are recovery-focused education, coaching, and peer support. They are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, detox, residential care, or crisis support. They do not replace therapy, treatment, 12-step programs, or any other recovery pathway. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline or call 911 in an emergency.
Who the Services are for
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older who have been addressing an addiction for about a year or more. You do not have to be fully abstinent to take part, but you do need to be able to engage with the material when you are present and not under the influence of an addictive substance. You are responsible for deciding whether the Services are right for you at this time.
The free masterclass
The Three Layers of Recovery masterclass is free. When you register, you give us your name and email and agree to receive the masterclass and related follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about calls you have booked and about the Services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them and HELP for help. Saying no to texts does not affect your access to anything you have paid for.
The Compassionate Recovery Project
The Compassionate Recovery Project ("CRP") is a paid online course with optional cohort support. The course includes modules, home practices, and access to a weekly 90-minute group Q&A call. Cohorts include additional live group sessions. Details, schedules, and pricing are shown on our website and may change.
Access to the online course continues for at least 12 months from the date of purchase. We will give you notice before access to any purchased material ends.
Payment and pricing
Prices are listed on the website. Launch pricing is limited and may end without notice.
Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full payment details.
Sales tax is added where required by law.
If you pay by installment plan, your access may be paused if a payment fails. Access resumes once the balance is current.
If you buy the online course first and later join a cohort, the amount you paid for the course can be applied toward the cohort price, as described on the website.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the course is digital and the cohorts are limited-size group programs, we do not offer refunds once you have purchased.
There are two things we will do. If a technical problem stops you from accessing what you paid for, email us at [email protected] and we will fix your access. If something in your life makes it impossible to attend the cohort you signed up for, contact us before the cohort starts. We will do our best to move you to a later cohort, subject to availability.
Please read this section before you buy.
Booking calls
If you book a call with us, please keep the appointment or cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future calls.
Group conduct
Q&A calls and cohorts are shared spaces. You agree to keep what others share confidential, treat participants with respect, and not record sessions without permission. We may remove anyone whose behavior harms the group. No refund is owed when these conduct terms are broken.
Recordings
We may record group Q&A calls and cohort sessions so participants can watch what they missed. Recordings are shared only with people in that group. If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and let us know before the session.
Your content and privacy in groups
Anything you share in a group is heard by other participants. We ask everyone to protect each other's privacy, but we cannot guarantee what other participants do. Share at your own comfort level.
Our materials
All course content, videos, worksheets, slides, and written materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for your own recovery. You may not copy, resell, share, or republish them without written permission.
Third-party services
We use other companies to deliver the Services, including our website and course platform, payment provider, email provider, and video meeting provider. Your use of those tools is also subject to their terms.
No guarantee of results
Recovery is personal, and results vary. We do not promise any specific outcome. What you gain depends on your participation, your situation, and factors outside our control. Any stories or testimonials on our site describe one person's experience and are not a promise of what you will experience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms.
Ending access
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that, by their nature, should survive, such as payment owed, ownership of our materials, and limitation of liability, continue after access ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
If part of these terms does not hold
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
