Effective date: August 22, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Three Deep Recovery and Compassionate Results Coaching websites, the masterclass, and the Compassionate Recovery Project.

Sensitive information. Because this work is about recovery, some of what you share may relate to your health, addiction, or mental wellbeing. We treat this information with care, use it only to provide the Services, and do not sell it. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. If you are in Washington State, the Consumer Health Data section near the end of this policy applies to you and gives you extra rights.

Information we collect

What you give us. Your name, email, and phone number when you register for the masterclass, book a call, or fill in the application. Your answers to intake or survey questions, which may include information about your recovery.

Payment information. When you buy a course or cohort, our payment provider collects your payment details. We receive a record of the purchase, not your full card number.

Automatic information. Basic technical data such as your device, browser, pages viewed, and how you found us, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, keep it secure, understand traffic, and measure our ads. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

We limit where the pixel runs. It measures general actions such as visiting a page, signing up for the free masterclass, and confirming a booking. We do not send your survey answers, application answers, or anything you tell us about your recovery to Meta or to any other advertising company.

You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad settings in your Meta account.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the masterclass, course, cohorts, and calls

  • To send you emails you signed up for, including follow-ups and reminders

  • To process payments and manage your account

  • To answer your questions and provide support

  • To measure and improve our content and ads

  • To keep the site secure and working

  • To meet legal and tax obligations

Email

When you register or buy, you agree to receive related emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may still send you service emails, such as booking confirmations or course access, while you are a participant.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send booking reminders and updates about the Services. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your health information with advertisers. We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Services, and only as much as they need:

  • HighLevel, our website, CRM, email, forms, booking, and course platform

  • Squarespace, which hosts the Compassionate Results Coaching website

  • Wistia, our video host

  • Zoom, for calls and cohort sessions

  • PayPal, for payments

  • Meta (Facebook), for advertising and the pixel, limited as described above

  • Cloudflare, for site security and spam protection

  • Sentry, which alerts us when a page breaks

  • Google, for search performance and site analytics

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people or the Services.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as you are a participant and as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal and tax records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

Consumer health data and your rights in Washington State

Washington's My Health My Data Act gives Washington residents specific rights over consumer health data. Some of what you share with us counts as consumer health data, including anything you tell us about substance use, addiction recovery, or mental wellbeing.

What we collect. Your answers to survey, intake, and application questions about your recovery. Anything you choose to tell us in a call, an email, or a group session.

Where it comes from. Directly from you. We do not buy health information about you from anyone else.

Why we collect it. To decide whether the Services fit your situation, to deliver the course and cohorts, and to answer your questions.

Who we share it with. Only the service providers listed above that are needed to store and deliver the Services, such as our course platform and our video meeting provider. We do not share it with advertisers, and we never sell it.

Your rights. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, tell you who we shared it with, and delete it. To make a request, email [email protected] and write "health data request" in the subject line. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law allows. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our response.

Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent for us to collect or share your consumer health data at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we have already done, and it may mean we can no longer provide parts of the Services.

Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages sometimes link to other websites. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Please check back so you know how we handle your information.
